So yesterday I suddenly thought, man, I really need a nice printable Premier League calendar for my man cave wall. My old one’s got coffee stains all over from last season’s drama.
The Wild Goose Chase Begins
First thing I did? Typed “printable Premier League fixtures” into my search bar. Boom! Thousands of results popping up like mushrooms after rain. Clicked the top three links like a madman.
Big mistake. First site wanted me to sign up for some newsletter – nah. Second one had the schedule but last year’s! Third one showed beautiful calendars but wanted payment. Like bro, I just want free A4 paper with dates!
DIY Disaster Strikes
Got stubborn and opened Excel myself. Typed “August” then froze. Wait… when’s opening weekend again? Googled kickoff dates, switched tabs, forgot which teams I’d already typed. Messed up the formatting too – when I printed it, half the table got chopped off. Wasted three sheets of paper trying to fix margins. Felt like a proper mug.
That’s when I remembered this football forum thread from ages back. Scrolled through my browser history for twenty minutes. Found it! Some legend had shared this dead simple method:
- Go to the official Premier League website
- Find the “Fixtures” section (took me two tries)
- Look for tiny “print” icon near top right corner
- Hit that button like it owes you money
- Boom – clean schedule pops up in new window
The Sweet Victory
Clicked print, watched my cheap HP go brrrrr. Grabbed that warm paper straight from the tray. Perfect borders, crisp fonts, all matchdays clearly marked. Even fits perfectly in my kid’s old frame.
Stuck it right above my TV. Proper chuffed with myself! Funny innit? Spent two hours fighting technology for what took two minutes once I remembered the obvious solution. But hey – mission accomplished!
